Le Mont St.-Michel

The 'Mont Saint-Michel' is one of the must-sees of Brittany. Actually it is still part of the Normandy and the starting point of Brittany. Traveling to Brittany, this is a good place for the first night. Campers can park directly in front of the Mont. If you arrive late and leave early, you can even park for free and visit the Mont St.-Michel at night without the masses of tourists. On the picture you can see our dog Jill at sunrise in front of the 'skyline'.

On the country road 275 on the way to Mont St.-Michel. Next to tourism and fishing, agriculture is the main source of income for Brittany. So don't be surprised by a heard of cows on the street.
